Our model specifically fills the gap between the perceived and actual risk of these investments. Our team brings decades of hands-on experience in helping improve small and medium company performance at one end to working with emerging market investors in deal sourcing, evaluation and portfolio company value maximization at the other end. Our global footprint with senior folks based out of New Delhi and Washington DC along with a full-fledged team of analysts and consultants in Delhi enables us to work with both investors and companies in finding value in an investment or partnership. We take ownership – not just handing out advise.

For most of our clients, we are with them well before the idea of fundraise is conceived and we ensure a well thought-through approach is undertaken as against being called in as the banker to get the deal done. We are therefore able to effectively blend the operating business perspective with the deal perspective throughout.
